The law firm, Leipold & Coll. , which specialises in business law, was founded in the year 2003 by the solicitor, Michael A. Leipold. Since then the law firm has undertaken legal work for clients all over Europe relating to all questions and every-day problems pertaining to business. To make it possible in the future to offer legal help to clients in Austria and the new EU states from the eastern European nations, ml Solicitors opened a new office in Vienna at the beginning of 2006.
